Everything I tasted I loved and for sure this is the best Chinese food I ever had but on top of that the service was really really good and professional. Not the cheapest place in town but also won't tear a hole on your wallet and well worth the money for sure. Can't wait to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Chinese restaurant in the city, wonderful service, always the freshest ingredients. We've been going here for years - the owners of this restaurant treat us like family when we go in. Such lovely people. And seriously the best peking duck pancakes you will EVER have tasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic taste, the cooking skill is high but the service can be improved. One main dish ordered completely forgotten to serve. Service employees are in general not professional. For such a high price level you would expect more than good food only. You actually pay for its reputation far away in the past. We will not come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heaven on earth @ Sichuan Food Restaurant at Reguliersdwarsstraat in Amsterdam. It's a total package of no nonsense and high end service.
This family owned restaurant with it's traditional Sichuan food in Amsterdam is a favorite for locals and visitors for over decades.
It's cosy and the menu is outstanding good with it's classics such as the Snow Sole. But please don't hesitate to go for the Peking duck ! It's just the best if you love Peking duck with pancakes. Ask for the wine list after you drunk a couple of Tsingtao beers. You never forget the good times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made a booking at this restaurant. Because they ones owned a michelin star.
The welcoming of the staff was warm and we were offeren to sit outside or inside.
As we like our food warm while its served, we decided to sit inside. We orded a menu with different dishes. Which was very nice. The decoration of some of the dishes could be a little more decorative.
The toilet are upstairs, followed by a small stairs into a dank space. A little bit of light would be better.
Enough suggestions, our wine was good and so was our host. He still likes to serve the customer and talks about everything. By the way try the Peking duck, its a populair menu here!
