Deze partij is dubieus en doet nauwelijks onderhoud aan zijn woningen.En laat zijn huurders in de steek. En als je onderhoud nodig hebt en dit kenbaar maakt per mail dan krijg je een zeer kinderlijke reactie(in kindertaal) dat het voor je eigen kosten is. Dit bedrijf is Sienema beheer Schrans 73 te leeuwarden U bent een geluksvogel als eerst deze recensie hebt gelezen voordat u gaat huren van deze huisjesmelker Hereby I want to make known that anyone who's aim is to rent this one cottage milker. Not to do this. This party is dubious and hardly does anything maintenance of his homes. And let his tenants down. And if you need maintenance and make this known by e-mail then you get a very childish response (in children's language) that it for your own costs. Als er iets niet werkte zorgen hij er voor dat er gelijk iemand me belde voor een afspraak. Dus ik heb er juist wel goeie ervaringen mee. Diegene die dit leest mag dus best weten dat het een goeie huurbaas is ben ik van mening! Groeten Rianne I don't think the above reaction is correct! Wordt u 's nachts wakker door een aantal testosteron bommen van 17, die zonder overleg met de bewoners de sleutel hebben gekregen om een feestje te gaan maken in hetzelfde huis als waar u te veel huur in de maand voor betaald? Dat is typisch sienema b.v. Moet u in verband met brandveiligheid de overloop opruimen waarin schriftelijk vastgelegd is dat dit over 4 weken gecontroleerd wordt? Sienema stuurt zijn klusjesmannen gewoon na 1 week, onaangekondigd en laat zn klusjesmannen het opruimen. Maar wacht, er is meer! vervolgens mag je wel 150 euro betalen voor de service kosten die 3 week te vroeg is, en waar niet om gevraagd is. Ingebroken bij een pand van sienema? Sloten en Alles mag je gewoon zelf betalen hoor, en de sloten van 3 decennia terug, mag je ook gewoon vervangen op eigen kosten! Na de legendarische reactie "ja, goh vervelend. Maarja ik weet het ook niet", kunt u gewoon de telefoon ophangen hoor, want dat is wellicht het sterkste advies wat u zult krijgen. Gewoon lekker zelf aan de slag! Dit zijn maar 3 van de vele voorbeelden, maar alstublieft, nu het nog kan, is mijn ijzersterke advies om niet bij deze b.v. Te gaan huren. Een ongekend tekort aan karakter, begrip, en kwaliteit. Een aantal lichtschakelaren die nog wat oud waren vervangen buiten muur geimpreneed. En er word nog een afspraak gemaakt met de loodgieter. ziet er prima uit ! Desondanks er wat tijd overheen is gegaan is er prima werk geleverd. Groetjes Johnny Today the maintenance technicians have been to install a new fence. S	Susan Haanstra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt geen aanrader! Uiteraard snap ik dat hij in mijn geval een oud gebrekkig pand verhuurt maar los daarvan. Reageert laat of niet op klachten. Als klachten wel worden verholpen, is het gebrekkig (vb. 2x lekkage aan douchecabine laten verhelpen, 2 x zonder resultaat) maar heb me er maar bij neergelegd. Ook gebrekkig; cv-installatie stuk, werd eerst niet geloofd (lag aan mij ?), uitendelijk wel "soort van gefixt door een mannetje" met als resultaat dat ik en mn kida de volgende ochtend om 4.00 uur werden gewekt door een loeiende koolmonoxidemelder (thank god). Oh ja en dan alle rioleringsklachten en gootsteenklachten nog uitgesloten. Woon in een bovenwoning (en de verstoppingen zijn beneden) maar gekgenoeg weet Sienema het altijd zo te draaien dat ik voor de kosten opdraai. P.s. te kleine leidingen, huis van oorsprong niet gebouwd op winkelpand én huishouden. Oh ja en dan nog alle lekkages en schimmels vanuit het dak en lekker veilige zachtboard.... (amper tot geen gehoor). Tot slot de fantastische constructie dat mijn hoofdschakelaars t.a.v. gas en electriciteit in de onderliggende winkel liggen. Nice als je op zaterdagavond een probleem hebt. Gelukkig heb ik goedwillende onderburen (nu schoonheidssalon) die dan maar weer op bizarre tijdstippen komen opdraven om een schakelaar om te zetten zodat ook bij mij de kachel weer brandt. Kortom, Sienema zal misschien best prima zijn als je in een nieuw pand zit maar verder is het drama. Misschien zet hij me er na dit bericht wel uit, haha. No problem, ben toch al van plan om in 2019 te vertrekken (na 10 jaar ellende). Nog even volhouden dus....bij deze huisjesmelker Really not recommended! Finally, the fantastic construction that my main switches for gas and electricity are in the underlying store. Nice if you have a problem on a Saturday night. Fortunately, I have well-meaning neighbors (now a beauty salon) who show up at bizarre times to flip a switch so that the stove burns again in my house. In short, Sienema might be fine if you're in a new building, but otherwise there's drama. Maybe he'll kick me out after this message, haha. Een paar voorbeelden. 1) Reageert nooit na 1e melding klacht/reparatie. 2) is zeer slecht telefonisch te bereiken. 3) Komt beloften niet na. 4) Reparatie wordt (bijna altijd) pas na 2e of 3emelding uitgevoerd, maanden later. (Barst in raam, kapot toilet, schimmel op binnenmuur, elektrische aansluiting, enz.) 5) Slaat intimiderende toon aan bij fysiek bezoek. Eist bij ons dat we de troep op zolder (gedemonteerd kast) van een vorige bewoner opruimen op moment dat wij het huis weer verlaten. 6) Klusjesman staat onaangekondigd in de tuin voor (niet aangevraagd) onderhoud. 7) Onderhoudt praktisch niks uit zichzelf. 8) Vraagt de hoofdprijs voor slecht onderhouden pand bij lage service. Kortom, wees gewaarschuwd. An unreliable landlord. A few examples. 1) Never responds after 1st complaint/repair report. 2) is very difficult to reach by phone. 3) Doesn't keep promises. 4) Repair is (almost always) only carried out after the 2nd or 3rd report, months later. (Crack in window, broken toilet, mold on interior wall, electrical connection, etc.) 5) Strikes an intimidating tone with physical visitors. Requires us to clean up the mess in the attic (disassembled cupboard) of a previous occupant when we leave the house again. 6) Handyman is unannounced in the garden for maintenance (not requested). 7) Maintains practically nothing on its own. 8) Charges top prize for poorly maintained property at low service. In short, be warned.
