★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De prijzen zijn goed. De spullen ook. De communicatie verloopt traag. De enigste manier van communiceren is via Whatsapp of mail. Aangezien Whatsapp mij het snelste lijkt is dit toch een ander verhaal. Jammer dat dit niet beter kan. Ik ga maar eens proberen te mailen.
The prices are right. The stuff too. Communication is slow. The only way to communicate is via Whatsapp or mail. Since Whatsapp seems the fastest to me, this is a different story. It's a shame this couldn't be better. I'm just going to try emailing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen contact mee te krijgen. Een vies product geleverd gekregen. Via contactformulier contact gezocht en er zou een oplossing komen. Nooit meer wat gehoord. Via mail contact proberen te krijgen, via Whatsapp (die mogelijkheid geven ze via de website) maar totaal geen reactie. Uiteindelijk via Facebook wen recensie gestuurd. Maar die functie hebben ze nu ineens uitgezet (waren meer klachten over de communicatie). Hoe kinderachtig wil je als bedrijf dan overkomen?!
Can't get in touch. Received a dirty product. Contacted via the contact form and a solution would be found. Never heard anything again. Trying to get in touch via email, via Whatsapp (they give that option via the website) but no response at all. Finally sent a review via Facebook. But they have now suddenly turned off that function (there were more complaints about the communication). How childish do you want to appear as a company ?!
