J	Jessica S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service! Tot 2 dagen op rij proberen we contact op te nemen met ze en krijgen we leuke sms'jes met we bellen u terug, wat vervolgens niet gebeurd. Als ze eindelijk op nemen zijn ze dicht en word er gezegt kom morgen maar langs dan zijn we ook open... Nou mooi niet dus sta je daar voor de deur een uur na openings tijd volgends website en Google. Maar er is gewoon niemand en er wordt ook nooit meer opgenomen of we worden zelfs weg gedrukt. Bad service! Until 2 days in a row we try to contact them and we get nice text messages with we call you back, which then does not happen. When they finally answer they are closed and there is a saying come tomorrow but then we are also open ... Well not so you are standing there for the door an hour after opening time following website and Google. But there is simply no one and there is never going to be recorded or we are even pushed away.

Heel klantvriendelijk, geduldig en hulpvaardig en nemen de tijd. Proffesioneel en veel kennis over alles m.b.t deze accu auto's. Goede uitleg gehad bij het ophalen van onze auto. Denken goed met je mee wat de beste optie is voor het kind/gezin. Afspraken worden nagekomen, goed en snel contact te krijgen. En leveren echt een prachtig product. Echt een aanrader voor gezinnen die zo auto zoeken. We hebben naast onze auto nog vele andere prachtige auto's gezien. Voor de kleine kids en de wat grotere kids. Bedankt voor jullie service. En ons kind heeft enorm veel plezier van deze auto die fantastisch rijd! Gr van ons We recently bought a car here. We can only say, fantastic thing our compliments. Very customer friendly, patient and helpful and take the time. Professional and a lot of knowledge about everything related to these battery cars. Had a good explanation when collecting our car. Think along with you about the best option for the child / family. Appointments are kept, good and quick contact. And really deliver a beautiful product. Highly recommended for families who are looking for a car. We have seen many other beautiful cars besides our car. For the little kids and the bigger kids. Thank you for your service. And our child has a lot of fun with this car that drives fantastic! Gr of us

Ben ook netjes geholpen met service, in mekaar zetten van de auto. Kan helaas niet pinnen dus wel contant meenemen. Nogmaals bedankt! De kleine er blij mee. Helped very well for the audi r8. Drive well. Everything works. And they also think along with regard to foot space for your child. Have also been neatly helped with service, assembling the car. Unfortunately it is not possible to take cash with you. Thanks again! The little one happy with it.
p	patricia van wickeren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen 2 jaar voor 1000 euro aan auto gekocht. Leuke auto’s. Er waren wel met 2 van de 3 auto telkens klein mankementen. Zoals knopjes die niet meer werkten. Dat moesten we zelf vergoeden, geen garantie of service. Blijkbaar. En aan onderdelen opsturen doet u blijkbaar niet want u reageert niet eens netjes op de vraag of u het onderdeel wilt opsturen. Al eerder met u meegemaakt dat u dat niet doet, belastingtechnisch komt het niet uit zeker. Verder als ik aangeef dat u wel weet hoe u met klanten moet omgaan dreigt u met het openbaar maken van foto’s omdat we er niet goed mee om zouden gaan?? De omgekeerde wereld hier. U levert slechte/geen service en u beschuldigd de klant van slecht omgaan met de auto’s? Ga hier niet op reageren dat het verhaal niet compleet zou zijn. Dat is afleiding van dat u geen service verleent nadat u het geld binnenheeft en er verder niks te verdienen meer valt. Wat valt dat tegen na de aanschaf van 3 auto’s voor onze 3 kinderen! Bought a car for 1000 euros in the past 2 years. Nice cars. There were small defects with 2 of the 3 cars. Such as buttons that no longer worked. We had to pay for that ourselves, no warranty or service. Apparently. And apparently you don't send parts because you don't even respond properly to the question whether you want to send the part. Have you already experienced that you do not do that, tax-wise it is not sure. Furthermore, if I indicate that you do know how to deal with customers, are you threatening to make photos public because we would not handle them properly? The upside-down world here. You provide poor / no service and you accuse the customer of bad handling of the cars? Do not comment that the story is incomplete. That is a distraction from not providing service after you have received the money and there is nothing else to be earned. What a disappointment after purchasing 3 cars for our 3 children!

Onze auto had een licht mankement en was geen probleem ze hebben hem heel snel gemaakt onze zoontjes kunnen er weer brandjes mee blussen. We have bought a fire truck for our son. Very nice people. When we were there they were super fast. Our car had a slight defect and was no problem they made it very quickly our sons can put out fires again.

D	Danny van Schaik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ onze kleine man scheurt inmiddels een maandje rond en vind het fantastisch. afstandbediend is echt top en zo heb je altijd de controle als dat gewenst is. de muziek en verlichting in de auto maken het helemaal af. leuke vriendelijk verkopers zonder verrassingen our little man has been tearing around for a month now and thinks it's fantastic. remote control is really great and so you always have control if you want. the music and lighting in the car make it complete. nice friendly sellers with no surprises
