★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn enige ervaring met sitandjoy.nl is niet zo positief. Misschien een incident, toch teleurgesteld in de opstelling van dit bedrijf jegens een doorgeleverde Sugarpufy zitzakje van Xoft Living.
Deze was van een slechte kwaliteit en na een paar keer normaal gebruik lieten de stiksels al los (en liep de inhoud leeg in de woonkamer).
Sitandjoy.nl neent geen verantwoordelijkheid ten aanzien van garantie / retourmogelijkheid en verwijst naar Xoft Living. Deze firma is telefonisch echter onbereikbaar, reageert niet op het ingezonden contactformulier en ook mijn e-mail blijft onbeantwoord. Inmiddels een paar weken verder, nog steeds niet geholpen en vrij teleurstellend.
My only experience with sitandjoy.nl is not that positive. Perhaps an incident, but disappointed in the attitude of this company towards a supplied Sugarpufy beanbag from Xoft Living.
It was of poor quality and after a few normal use the stitching was already loosening (and the contents emptied into the living room).
Sitandjoy.nl takes no responsibility with regard to warranty / return option and refers to Xoft Living. However, this company cannot be reached by telephone, does not respond to the submitted contact form and my e-mail also remains unanswered. A few weeks later, still not helped and quite disappointing.
