H	Heather Campana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband’s company (an international organization) has a discount rate with them and the snobby receptionists refused to even give me a quote for prices over email. It’s ridiculous. I have asked twice and they provide no help and ask me questions I don’t have the answer to and is not necessary for a simple price quote, like how will I be paying? ZERO customer service.

Made a new for an hour later and the guy told me he is out of cars. Terrible service, wouldn’t visit again…
E	Ece T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering all the services I received for all my life, every single thing I bought, every company that I worked with, Sixt has been the utmost worst experience ever. 1 star is only because I cannot give none. You might be happy with this company, but wait until you have a problem. It is no way possible to contact a human being on phone, they never return your emails. If your car gets broken in the middle of nowhere, it’s guaranteed that you’re left to your fate. If you forget your phone or something inside the car before returning it, forget about it. You suddenly receive a damage claim(which you are sure you did not do), it’s no way possible to object to it. Because they totally ghost you. I’m really surprised how so many people are happy with this company. But as I said, wait until you have problem…

So very very important thing, while you're returning the car strongly insist on checking everything and giving you report before you left there. And even then make photos of the car from all the angles Otherwise 2 months later, out of nowhere you can get a claim you cannot even dispute. Customer service is impossible to reach, they're constantly in automated no reply mode. When you had something going on, good luck you're on your own.
m	mar do on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. I booked a car on the phone. I was new to the city and had to walk over 2 hours under the rain to get to my apointment with them. All that to finally end with no car. They didnt told me I would need a specific credit card to pay for the basic rent. I did rent a car a week before with sixt in a different city and with no problem with my debit card. Stupid company.

I had a SIXT+ subscription from August 2021.In October 2021 I asked to reserve a bigger car on winter tyres that would be available for me on December 22. They said Volvo XC90 on winter tyres will be available for me and they will call a week before to arrange a swap. Because I didn't hear from the company I called them on Dec 17. I learned they cannot change summer tyres in the car I reserved, and they have no other car available on winter tyres for me. When asking why they didn't informed me earlier they said they called my mobile but it didn't work. Since it's next to impossible to find a big car on winter tyres in any other car rental 3 days before the trip, they effectively cancelled my holidays in mountains this year... Since their customer representatives promise things they cannot deliver, and they even cannot operate phone nor email to properly inform you on time about this, I will never again use services from SIXT, and I do not recommend anyone to do so unless you like adrenaline rush.
