This company try to charge for the accidents to the car I did not do. They don't check the car with you before and after you rent the car. Then they charge you. Be very careful to every detail when you rent the car. I suggest not to use this company if you have choice.

Terrible service. Super unfriendly staff. Gossip about you in Dutch thinking you might not understand. Super old fashioned contracts too. Can't recommend. Better go elsewhere.

Bad experience. Had me pay extra petrol even though I returned the car full. No reaction since on my complaints. First and absolutely last time Sixt!

Car was not checked and really dangerous; breaks were gone, right tyre had no profile and sensor didn't even recognize right wheel, heating was stuck when it was 2 degrees celcius (button felt down when i turned it). I was told the manager in eindhoven would contact me for compensation/apologize but he/she never bothered. Never been this disappointed by a car rental service.

I rented a truck (IVECO) on 4th of June 2021, at Vestdijk 135, 5611 CB Eindhoven. I took the truck and got home. Next day in the morning when I opened the loading area, I was shocked. There are 4 cage loads with clothes in it!! There are also 4 sacks which I believe is also filled with clothes. I took them out and put them into my garden. After I finished m work, I put them back in the truck. In total it costed me 1.5 hours Besides the truck was not cleaned. Someone smoked in the truck before I rent it. He/she left the lighter at the dashboard. On the floor there was an ice cream package. Nobody cleaned the truck before delivering me. Staff were nice and helpful during the rental process, but quality of the product and preparation were disappointment.

My card (an N26 Mastercard credit AND debit) was denied for no clear reason. I've been told "because the card is connected to your account" β€” what? I've used the card to book the car online. Nothing said about N26 cards not being accepted anywhere. I have a great insurance on cars rented using this card. At the handover, suddenly I needed to pay more for the insurance because all N26 cards are not accepted. I would like the insurance money back, because accepting a card and denying the possibility of using it later feels like a scam.

We booked a 3.5T truck to move to our new house, as we had found it was much cheaper than Bo-Rent, which we usually used, including a loading cart. The guy that handed me the truck and explained me how it worked (e.g. the moving back door, etc.) was super good and friendly, and explained all details very clearly. My only complaint is that we had booked it for pick up at 8am and at that same timeslot there were other 4 customers picking up cars, but only one person in the reception. This means I ended up getting delayed in starting my trip because the office was understaffed even though it was expected there would be more customers; a pity which made the experience worse.
