★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad that half a star or zero stars isn't an option! The staff is incredibly rude, annoyed and arrogant. They get irritated when you want to try on a shoe or ask for a different size, and they don't even look at you when you ask something or when they reply. There was actually an employee that held up a finger to "shush" a customer who wanted to ask a question. Somehow it seems like the customers are there to please the employees. Avoid this store at all cost, and listen to the reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a Sweatshirt online end of January. The ordernumber/tracking code did not work on their website. After over a month I have not received my parcel, size does keep the money though.
I was in contact with their customer support named Stefan, I was told they can not refund me my money due to „security reasons“ . When I asked them again a week later I just received the same copy pasted message. I would not recommend anyone to buy at size and I amlooking for other actions to take, so size finally refunds me my money. This reminds me of a drop-shipping scam if I’m honest.
