Staff was helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time had a worst experienced. Till now I have no complaints with their service ,but today very disappointed
I m their customer since 2015 bought more than 20 pairs of shoes.
I enter the shop,I saw like 5 people were working .2 ladies busy handling the customer.1 guy is busy around the shop ,2 guy totally busy talking to each other.
I found some nice sandal from sale section I asked to that guy who was busy talking we the little long hair guy .
Do you have any size here ? He said no from sale section everything is last so no size,
I decided to take the size which is little smaller for me later the 3rd guy came to me and asked me do u need help ,I told him your colleague said no size available,,so he went to store room and bring my size which was so nice of him.
Later I told to that guy which he told me no size available .in between a little long hair guy came and showing angry on me and talking g rude.i am a customer and I have right to ask my size right ?
I don't know why the long hair guy was angry on me .why?
His hair is till shoulder, plus teach him how to talk with the customers ,.I visited shop on 23 August 2020 @ 16.35

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beside having good looking and comfortable shoes the service at the Skechers on the Kalverstraat is excellent. I wanted to leave a review since a while and got reminded to do so after one of the girls i think from Hungary gave me the best service ever. She was enthusiastic to help, didn't mind that I was indecisive that day, with a smile she run quickly up and down the stairs to find me the right sizes, after I purchase I couldn't help but to shake her hand for her patient and welcoming vibe. Thank you Skechers.
