β β β β β Best butcher in the Hague by far! Dry-aged tomahawk steak is excellent! Great selection of cold meat and sausages, and locally sourced free-range rotisserie chicken. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

β β β β β Great quality meat. Some of the best ossobuco found outside of Italy. Great streaky bacon (ontbijtspek) and beef tartar. The winter lamb (January /February) is excellent. Very tender and delicious. They give good recommendations for cooking temperatures and times.
