★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met pak 'm beet 7819 verschillende speciaalbiertjes kan zelfs de meest doorgewinterde bierdrinker hier een nieuw biertje aan zijn untapped toevoegen. Prima zaak waar je overigens ook wordt geholpen door in ieder geval één rasechte Amsterdammer.
 With a bit of 7819 different specialty beers, even the most seasoned beer drinker can add a new beer to his untapped. Great case where you are also helped by at least one purebred Amsterdammer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breed scala aan sterke drank, mooi wiskeys, waar ze ook verstand van hebben, maar ook moderne jenevers uit nederland, erg leuk.
Wide range of spirits, nice whiskeys, which they also know about, but also modern jenevers from the Netherlands, very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bartender at proeflakaal told me i had to stop here when i was visiting, such an amazing selection, had to really pick and choose for my luggage for flight back to states. Chatted with the owner for a bit and was super friendly and knowledgeable about some beers I've never seen before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in Amsterdam for over a year and just discovered this place the other day. When I entered the store I almost fell to my knees and wept. The selection is overwhelming. Thousands of beers from around the world, floor to ceiling. And they have a refrigerated walk-in beer room stacked floor to ceiling with chilled beers. Though the prices will run you more than a Heineken, the beers at this place are actually priced quite reasonably. And if you have a little extra cash, you can REALLY spoil yourself. They also have chips, soda, wine, and other stuff, but the beer... the beer... good God. The beer.
