★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide range of beers, spirits and mixers. Very good prices and discounts versus other retailers (for example: 0.5l bottles of Fever Tree tonic are 30% cheaper than Albert Heijn). I’ve never used their online delivery service but find the local stores to be well stocked with friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bigger Dirk with all the produce some little ones do not stock. My only problem is the small and short lanes at the cash register which are a p in the b.
Staff is mostly friendly but not in the American way which is a Dutch thing I guess. 'The customer is always right' and 'De klant is koning' is something the Dutch have mostly forgotten. Like Lidl it's one of the cheaper supermarkets in Amsterdam with a better choice in branded products where Lidl sells mostly their own brands.
