β β β β β Duurste model gekocht in Maastricht met zogenaamde 2 jaar garantie. Maand later Shimano rem doet het niet meer. Tussentijd verhuisd naar Amsterdam. Urban Arrow gebelt maar garantie geldig alleen maar bij de dealer in Maastricht. In Amsterdam het Zwarte fietsenplan vraagt 107 Euro voor ontluchten en nieuwe remschijf en blokken. Als ik naar Maastricht ga met een busje is het onbetaalbaar. Ik vind het geen service. Heel jammer Urban Arrow. Verkoop een bakfiets voor een prijs van een auto en als je klant verhuist geef hem niks. Ik vind dat het niet kan. Heel triest.
The most expensive model purchased in Maastricht with a so-called 2-year warranty. Month later Shimano brake does not work anymore. Meantime moved to Amsterdam. Urban Arrow calls but warranty valid only at the dealer in Maastricht. In Amsterdam the Black bicycle plan requires 107 Euro for bleeding and new brake disc and blocks. If I go to Maastricht with a van, it is priceless. I don't think it's a service. Too bad Urban Arrow. Sell ββa cargo bike for a price of a car and if your customer moves don't give him anything. I think it's not possible. Very sad.

β β β β β September 2020 hebben wij besloten een nieuwe urban arrow bakfiets aan te schaffen. Toch wel handig met een kleintje. Gekozen voor de performance uitvoering ivm meer gewicht te voeren. Wel zo handig als je eens een volwassenen mee neemt. Fiets was snel leverbaar.
Nu na een jaar nog steeds redelijk tevreden, vandaar de 2 sterren. Maken er veel gebruik van (1200/1300km).
Waar zijn we niet tevreden over? Hoofdkantoor (lees klachtafhandeling) van Urban Arrow en de remmen. Van een leverancier in deze prijsklasse verwacht ik wel iets meer. In februari al eens terug geweest voor de remmen en nu eind juli weer. Het werd echt te gek! Bij het remmen maakt die zoveel geluid dat je andere weg gebruikers enorm laat schrikken. Het ging van kwaad tot erger. Volgens de dealer komt het door pekel en nattigheid (is die wel geschikt voor Nederland dan?!) en heeft die wat zaken moeten vervangen. In totaal nu voor 200 euro aan kosten gehad die je niet verwacht van een nieuwe fiets in deze prijsklasse. Afgelopen 12 augustus aan de bel getrokken bij urban arrow. Door vakantie en ziekte was het enorm druk (logisch) en zouden wij op korte termijn reactie krijgen. Geen idee wat korte termijn is maar na een belletje eind augustus tot op heden (21 september) nog steeds niks gehoord.
Kortom: niet helemaal tevreden, als dit maar geen voorbode is voor meer ellende. Een volgende keer zou ik toch even verder kijken dan urban arrow. Voor bijna 6000 euro zal er ongetwijfeld nog wel meer te koop zijn.
In September 2020 we decided to purchase a new urban arrow cargo bike. Handy with a little one. Chosen for the performance version because of more weight to carry. Very handy if you take an adult with you. Bike was delivered quickly.
Still quite satisfied after a year, hence the 2 stars. Make frequent use of it (1200/1300km).
What are we not satisfied with? Headquarters (read complaint handling) of Urban Arrow and the brakes. I expect a little more from a supplier in this price range. Already been back in February for the brakes and now again at the end of July. It got really crazy! When braking, it makes so much noise that you really startle other road users. It went from bad to worse. According to the dealer it is because of brine and wetness (is it suitable for the Netherlands then?!) And that some things had to be replaced. In total now for 200 euros in costs that you do not expect from a new bike in this price range. Last August 12, we rang the bell at urban arrow. Due to vacation and illness it was very busy (logical) and we would receive a response in the short term. No idea what short term is but after a call at the end of August to date (September 21) still haven't heard anything.
In short: not completely satisfied, as long as this is not a harbinger of more misery. Next time I would look further than urban arrow. For almost 6000 euros there will undoubtedly be more for sale.

β β β β β Great bike, bad service/company, if anything breaks after 13months, they just won't give home.
They lie on the phone and in the mail.
They offer no solution at all.
Next bike won't be an urban arrow.

β β β β β We have bought the Urban Arrow Family with a Cargo Line motor from Bosch for 5500,- euro in November 2020. The problems started with the front brake. It made an absolutely ridiculous noise. The mechanic from the store told us this was a common problem with this disk and told us to brake harder to the disk could heat up. After a few weeks the problem did not stop so the shop provided us with a new brake disk (on their costs) this solution has worked for a few weeks and now it all started again..
After two months of using this bike the front brake stopped working. This has lead to a really dangerous situation on the road. I signed to the right with my right arm and had to brake with my left hand, the brake didn't work and I almost had an accident with my baby on board!!
I phone called Urban Arrow, they told me this was a problem due to the weather (snow and salt on the roads) and hasn't had anything to do with the quality of the bicycle. This ignorance isn't working for me. Urban Arrow refuses to admit this has to do with build quality or the quality of parts that are being used. I have told Urban Arrow that our bike shop did several replacements for free but all they responded was something like "good to hear they are trying to fix the problem."
After all they asked me what solution I wanted and promised me to call me back. Now it's 14 days later, they won't answer my calls anymore and never called me back.
This feels super ignorant and is the worst costumer service I have ever got from a company.
How can you sell a product as the replacement of a second car when it's clearly not as reliable as a cheap second hand car?!
