Wil maakt een mooie combinatie van haar talent als coach en haar expertise vanuit google waardoor ik zowel geïnspireerd werd als tot concrete focus en actie aangezet werd. Iedere creatieve ondernemer die het even niet meer weet (we’ve all been here) hebben baat bij een sessie bij Wil + The People.
Wil + The People is a coach that does not remain conceptual, floating. You really get to work with all facets of your business. Together with your instagram strategy, your mindset is also examined. Because that is also part of your business. I found that insight so valuable and very innovative. Wil makes a great combination of her talent as a coach and her expertise from Google, which inspired me as well as instigated specific focus and action. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined a Creative Leadership workshop held by Wil + The People. I learnt so much more than I expected to, and gained skills which I could instantly translate into a work environment. Creative people often land in leadership roles and aren't give the tools to handle the different challenges ahead. I really enjoyed discovering how to become a creative leader, learning that there isn't a one fit rule for how you can lead a team.
