Rude, arrogant and aggressive personal. The price quoted I found to be very high and I said I would look elsewhere for other alternatives which is my right as a consumer. This was taken offensively by the personnel who proceeded to become aggressive. At this point I pointed this out and left as I had a small child with me. I will personally never set foot in this shop again no matter how cheap they proclaim to be. Advise shop around online!

I was very happy with the repair! I would definitely recommend using the smartphone kliniek to anybody with smartphone trouble. The service was fast and my phone looks as good as new! Another huge convenience was the ability to make an appointment online!

The staff here were so helpful and quoted me a price to fix my screen before they went through with it. Best value for money I could find in Rotterdam and phone was ready on the day!! Could not recommend Smartphone Kliniek Kralingen more!

In sum: missing their own 'deadlines' 2 times, hasty service, Macbook's trackpad problem not entirely solved. Plus I have an (informed) suspicion that they didn't replace the component that was promised. The long story: End of June 2015 I used their repair service for my Macbook's trackpad which went crazy after I spilled water on it. The initial contact was good, they called me with a quote to replace the trackpad component, which I agreed upon. Because they needed to order the trackpad, they informed me that I could have my macbook repaired in a few days - which was understandable. I carefully made sure that it needed to be ready on _their_ estimated day, since I was going away for a while the day after... On the day itself, unexpectedly it was not ready at all. Though disappointed and upset, I politely informed them to take time with the repair as I'll be back >3 weeks after my trip... Around 3 weeks later, I came by again hoping to be able to just pick up my macbook and leave. Surprisingly, they still hadn't done the repair! The macbook was in the shop, the casing completely open, and the technician was away (for lunch, I suppose). I started to push the front/reception guy, that I will wait at the shop until the one who's fixing it returns. After a while, I noticed the reception guy made some calls, and then he informed me my macbook was ready (?). The trackpad was working okay, but sometimes lagging, not sensitive enough. A few days later I came back with the intention to have it checked again, but was dismissed by the reception guy saying it seemed working okay for him. Fast forward, end July 2017 I had my macbook repaired elsewhere: new battery, and (surprise!) new trackpad. According to this other repair shop, the trackpad had had moisture problem and did not seem to be recently replaced. If it had been 'replaced' a little over 2 years ago, and there had never been any spilling incident again, I suppose it's justified that I feel suspicious about this shop because the same trackpad's moisture problem from 2 years ago resurfaced. This was the last drop on top of the other not so positive experiences, that compelled me to write this long review. PS. They also forgot to put back most of the casing's screws...

Outstanding service and great prices! The screen from my phone broke last night and after a lot of price and reviews comparing I decided to try the Smartphone Kliniek (they had the lowest prices for original replacements and really high scores review-wise). I made an appointment online, walked in and 20 minutes later I was walking out with a perfectly working phone. Very friendly, very fast and very honest (I decided to have my battery replaced too and they informed me I would pay even less than what was quoted on the website because they only had to work on the phone in one go). I wish more shops were so efficient and customer friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys!

Took my laptop for water damage at 10:00 in the morning, at 17:00 in the afternoon it was completely fixed. The service was perfect, very friendly stuff, laptop works like new. Nothing negative, overall great service.

The staff is really quick in responding to the WhatsApp message and my questions! The screen changing process is only 20min, really quick! The place is clean and looks professional! And the price of changing a screen is very reasonable (for IPhone 8plus it’s 69euro)
