Wij hebben in 2019 bij de Gamma twee elro camera's gekocht van een bedrag van € 385 per stuk. Echter heb de elro camera's en beeld scherm het vergeven. Dit hebben we via meerdere klachten kenbaar gemaakt maar word totaal op afwijkt, echter zit op het product minimaal 2 jaar garantie en dient het product vervangen te worden volgens de wet. Tot elk moment blijft het besluit uit op de klacht uit..
