Thanks to quality of the service and constant support, the treatment went well and I am very satisfied about the results. I am very happy with the service and the outcome. Would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lingual braces since January 2019. Generally very pleasant experience. All staff is very friendly, understanding and professional. They always try to make appointments pleasant.
However, the waiting time is sometimes very frustrating.
For my appointment sometimes I'd come 10 minutes earlier and would end up waiting 30 minutes to be called upstairs. Rescheduling is also a pain. Due to work, I had to reschedule appointment which I had to wait for 2.5 months. I called as soon as I could (1.5 weeks in advance) and the first available spot for my 10 minute appointment is in the end of September. Annoying, but I guess that's what you get when you sign up for a good clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best. First they told me they will talk with my dentist but they never did until I called them to ask about that after more than a month. After that, they called me to come for a consultation but they did the scanned without asking me or told me what is actually they are planning to do. Told me to schedule the date for a next appointment for a scan before they order the braces but when I want to reschedule that appointment they said we already ordered your braces. I felt "force" to get the braces.

Over the past 1.5 years, the doctors here had worked very diligently with my daughter’s teeth. We have observed noticeable and positive changes of her teeth. They are aligned, in right order and in the right bite.
Our family are all very happy with the results. We would highly recommend that the kids in need come here to get the beautiful smiles that they deserve.
By the way, with such a good experience, my daughter plans to be an orthodontist herself in the future, to bring the beautiful smiles to others, as she has received here.
