β β β β β This is an incredibly friendly practice. My son felt completely informed before he got his braces which made his visit much more comfortable. I was impressed too, with the handling my insurance. Very professional, friendly staff!

β β β β β Excellent service, very professional and accommodating to find the right solutions within a time crunch. We were moving overseas and found the right braces for our daughter that had an international system allowing us to find a local orthodontist treatment. Thank you to a great team!

β β β β β Unfortunately, I had a bad experience some while ago. I was moving from Canada to the Netherlands and wanted to continue my Invisalign treatment with SmileDesigner. I found the work especially by the assistant very unprofessional. I was treated by the assistant unsupervised at one of their locations while the orthodontist was not present at the facility at all. I had some questions about my treatment and had to drive to the other of their two locations to ask the orthodontist. The assistant seemed very unexperienced, everything (making impressions of the teeth, putting on Invisalign attachments), took multiple - and Iβm talking about 5+ attempts. My highlight was when the assistant dropped on of the Invisalign attachments to the floor, rinsed it with water and put it back on my tooth. I paid the outstanding amount and switched to a different orthodontist. Canβt recommend.

β β β β β Not recommended at all. Unprofessional patient handling resulted in root canal due to excess pressure which was ignored when I informed.
No time for your money you put in.you can walk in like prisoner, let them do their job and walk out.
No questions are entertained.
Time is money when you are late but not for them
Also, good luck trying to convey if ever they screw up. Because they are never wrong.
Review doesn't allow me to write full story but it was trauma! I decided to remove the lingual after 18 months although I was not satisfied with the result. I was just mentally drained being there and talking to them over and over.
So, none of my near and dear will go there.

β β β β β I have started my treatment in July 2021 and so far everything is really good. Stuff is very friendly, able to answer my questions. I did not have a huge defect, but after 3 months my teeth look almost ready. Of course more time is needed, but for now I am happy with the progress and the service. Only thing I would maybe change is that I would prefer to have more frequent contact with orthodontist herself instead of assistants (however well trained).
