F	FLOWER NVT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heeeel erg slechte kwaliteit is het!! 5 broeken gekocht voor mijn vriend 1 maand later allemaal scheuren en gaten erin. Door slechte naai verbindingen.t-shirten ook zeer slechte kwaliteit stof scheur erin.bij het wassen voel je de dikte van de stof achteruit gaan. Met gevolg dat er een scheur in zit nu. Lijkt overdreven deze review maar het is echt waar! Helaas kan ik geen foto hier plaatsen dus 1 ster voor mij kom er niet weer.ben niet bij de winkel geweest met mijn klachten door ziekte. Dus weet niet hoe ze klachten afhandelen. Das pech rond de 300 euro weg ? It is very, very poor quality !! Bought 5 pants for my friend 1 month later all cracks and holes in them. Due to bad sewing connections, very poor quality fabric also tears in. When washing you feel the thickness of the fabric deteriorate. As a result, there is a crack in it now. Seems exaggerated this review but it is really true! Unfortunately I can not post a photo here so 1 star for me will not come again. Have not been to the store with my complaints due to illness. So don't know how they handle complaints. Bad luck around 300 euros away ?

T	Tonny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik koop mijn kleren al jaren bij WAM, meestal online maar als ik twijfel heb aan de pasvorm dan ga ik naar de winkel. De kwaliteit is uitstekend en heel goed. Bij iedere winkel kan een productiefout zitten, en dat heb ik gehad met een zomerjasje waarvan de naat in de mouw open was. Ik heb gebeld en ik kon het artikel direct retour sturen en omdat de jas de laatste was, kreeg ik een nieuwe jas die duurder was als compensatie voor de kapotte mouw van het jasje. Een hele goeie service, en zeker goede kleding. Het is wel aan de prijs maar weet ook dat het altijd goed is en dan maar duurder. Shirtjes vervormen niet in de was, en draag zelfs nog shirtjes die ik 5 jaar geleden heb gekocht er er nog steeds heel goed uitzien. Kwaliteit: Uitstekend, Service: Uitstekend, Klacht: Wordt altijd goed opgelost, Klantvriendelijkheid: Uitstekend. Heb je iets waarvan er een fout in de productie zit, dan kun je gerust terug gaan of bellen met het kantoor en het wordt opgelost. Een recensie dat het slechte kwaliteit is en 300 euro weg, is dus niet passend en dat is een kwestie van terug naar de winkel en het wordt netjes vervangen. I have been buying my clothes at WAM for years, mostly online but if I have doubts about the fit, I go to the store. The quality is excellent and very good. There can be a production error at every store, and I have had that with a summer jacket whose neck was open. I called and I could send the item back immediately and because the jacket was the last, I got a new jacket that was more expensive as compensation for the broken sleeve of the jacket. A very good service, and certainly good clothing. It is at the price but also knows that it is always good and then more expensive. Shirts do not deform in the wash, and even wear shirts that I bought 5 years ago still look very good. Quality: Excellent, Service: Excellent, Complaint: Always solved well, Customer friendliness: Excellent. If you have something where there is an error in production, you can safely go back or call the office and it will be resolved. A review that it is poor quality and 300 euros away, is therefore not appropriate and that is a matter of back to the store and it is neatly replaced.

Ook krijg je onder geen beding geld terug, enkel een tegoedbon, wat balen is als je nooit terug wilt komen. Staff are particularly cheeky when trying to return clothes. Also you will not get any money back under any circumstances, only a voucher, which sucks if you never want to come back.

Geven de klant advies en hulp. En zijn oprecht geïnteresseerd in de (eigen) mening van de klant, en vragen hier ook naar. De klant wordt hierbij in z'n waarde gelaten en beslist uiteindelijk zelf wat wordt gekocht! Dit bedrijf is een goede werkgever!! Want het personeel heeft duidelijk plezier! En als zelfs ex-werknemers hier terug komen voor hun kleding... dan is dat veelzeggend!! Keep up the good work! Jullie komen er wel! TOP TOP TOP, should suffice for this great cause! Store looks to pass through a ring! Staff is friendly and helpful! Provide customer advice and assistance. And are genuinely interested in the customer's (own) opinion, and also ask for it. Nu weer voor een 2de keer zwaar teleurgesteld. Online en kleding is super, daar heb ik nog geen slechte ervaring mee gehad Lousy service, in the store they pretend to offer exclusive service. Once you have paid, the service is hard to find. Now again very disappointed for a second time. Online and clothing is great, I haven't had a bad experience with that yet
