They have also reacted quickly to a couple of small initial problems and all has been fixed quickly. An excellent experience.

During my tenancy, they replied very fast to all my emails, kept me updated on various developments and made arrangements immediately to fix any issues in the apartment. Overall, the entire team were very efficient and a pleasure to interact with.

Infact its the same place I have been living in since my arrival in NL in 2018 as an expat from India. Everyone @ Sonar is so co-operative, understanding and prompt to respond whenever we had any issues/concerns with the house. I highly recommend this agency if you want to rent or buy the house of your dreams especially nearby Scheveningen region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not recommend this agency if anyone wants to stay for longer period. I stayed in a 2 BHK apartment for almost 4 years.
In their advertisement they have not mentioned about the energy rating of the house and about the window which was having single glass. Due to this I have paid too much energy Bill and at the last they have deducted all my deposit mentioning extra energy Bill and for cleaning charges.
I am very unhappy the way they managed it.
