Diese Kleiniigkeit scheint ja für die Fa. schon ein Hexenwerk darzustellen. Nicht zu empfehlen. It takes months to exchange valves or to make an appointment first ..... and even more weeks go into the country, no date yet. This pettiness seems to represent a witchcraft for the Fa. Not recommendable.

Angerufen und um Rücksprache gebeten, doch leider ist nichts passiert. Wir vergeben den Auftrag jetzt an jemand anderen. Wollten eigentlich als Holtener das Geld in Holten ausgeben Waited 4 weeks for a quote for a quote. Now 4 weeks are over and we still do not have the estimate. Called and asked for consultation, but unfortunately nothing happened. We are now giving the job to someone else. Actually as Holtener wanted to spend the money in Holten
S	Saerith Xx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sauer, die Heizung fällt ständig aus, das warme Wasser bleibt nicht lange, vorher ging alles und seit der Wartung am Freitag geht nichts mehr. Samstag kam der Chef als Notdienst, hat einmal geschraubt, beleidigte mich als Lügnerin und ging . Wir haben Sonntag, die Heizung viel wieder aus, Tochter und ich sind total durchgefroren. Es friert draußen und wir haben in unseren, sowieso schon schlecht gedämmten Wohnung, keine Heizung. Fazit: Schlechtes Benehmen, schlampige Arbeit. Leider wendet sich mein Vermieter immer an diese Firma. Saturday the boss came as an emergency service, once screwed, insulted me as a liar and left. We have Sunday, the heating much off, daughter and I are totally frozen. It's freezing outside and we have no heating in our already poorly insulated apartment. Conclusion: bad behavior, sloppy work. Unfortunately, my landlord always turns to this company.

Herr Sonntag führt den Betrieb mit seiner sehr freundlichen Frau und seinem nettenTeam. Bei auftretenden Problemen steht schnellstmöglich jemand zur Verfügung. Wir fühlten uns immer bestens betreut und beraten, besonders als es um die Anfertigung unserer extra angefertigten Heizung im Flur ging....da noch mal ein besonderes Dankeschön an den Chef, der mir bei der Beratung zur Seite stand und ohne den ich diese tolle Farbauswahl sicher nicht getroffen hätte...das kann eben nur ein Fachmann. Sogar noch ohne Anrede oder Vornamen. Das ist extremst unprofessionel und irreführend. Und es geht nicht um einen tropfenden Wasserhahn sondern um eine Investition im fünfstelligen Bereich. High-sounding website with endless promises to fill out a number of forms and then at the end of the day get an email saying "We don't take new customers". Even without a title or first name. This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. And it's not about a dripping faucet, it's about an investment in the five-figure range.
