Da ein Netzteil mit dem passenden Stecker nicht verfügbar war, hat Herr Kraus einfach den alten Stecker professionell an das Kabel eines neuen Netzteils gelötet und die Lötstelle entsprechend isoliert. Herr Kraus hat sich die Mühe gemacht um das defekte Teil messtechnisch zu lokalisieren. Ebenfalls hat er mir von weiteren Experimenten abgeraten, die ihm sicherlich mehr Umsatz bereitet hätten. Ich verließ das Geschäft mit einem 90 Cent Ersatzteil welches ich erfolgreich verbaute. Ich kann das Geschäft bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen! Hier wird Kundenservice noch praktiziert.
