★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag prima geholpen in de vestiging van Spa Industries Europe in Capelle aan den IJssel!
Goed advies gekregen om onze Intex spa schoon te houden wat betreft de filtering van het water.
In plaats van elke keer maar weer nieuwe filters te kopen adviseerde de verkoper om een veel hygiënischer filtervulling E-3D te gaan gebruiken.
Met als bijkomende voordelen dat deze veel minder vaak gewisseld dienen te worden en de storingsmelding E90 wegblijft, omdat de filterpomp veel minder hard hoeft te werken.
Kortom goede service, goed advies en een tevreden klant!

Got good advice to keep our Intex spa clean when it comes to filtering the water.
Instead of buying new filters every time, the seller advised to use a much more hygienic filter filling E-3D.
With the additional advantages that they have to be changed much less often and the error message E90 remains, because the filter pump does not have to work as hard.
In short, good service, good advice and a satisfied customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een lange tijd werd onze spa cover steeds zwaarder en ontsnapte er steeds meer warmte. Toen zijn we toch maar op zoek gegaan naar een nieuwe cover. Zeker het opmeten vond ik in het begin lastig. Toen ik de klantenservice van Spa Industries benaderde, hebben ze exact uitgelegd hoe ik dit moest doen. Toen heb ik via hun website mijn spa cover besteld. Een aantal weken later werd ik netjes op gebeld dat mijn spa cover klaar was voor levering. Nog geen dag later lag hij bij ons op de spa. Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die opzoek is naar een nieuwe spa cover!!
After a long time, our spa cover got heavier and heavier and more and more heat escaped. Then we went looking for a new cover. I found measuring especially difficult in the beginning. When I approached Spa Industries customer service they explained exactly how to do this. Then I ordered my spa cover through their website. A few weeks later I received a phone call that my spa cover was ready for delivery. Less than a day later he was with us at the spa. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a new spa cover!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pool ordered online and paid with paypal. Same day phonecall from company to let me know it was out of stock and we agreed to cancel the order. I wrote an additional email of cancelation, and ordered the product elsewhere. Two days later I received another phonecall informing me that the order was underway. When I explained the situation and that we would not accept the delivery I was told that they would refund but also charge administration and transport fees (€35), which I deemed ridiculous but accepted to avoid further nonsensical hastle. Such a disfunctional house cannot survive long on the market!
