★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service of Spawell is terrible. I cancelled a reservation in the middle of January and was informed that I would get a full refund, but that it would take 4 weeks. By now 2 months have past and I did not get the refund. I have tried to get in touch per email and per phone with Spawell the whole week and no one is responding. THIS IS A SCAM, stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facilities are clean but very loud. Overal impression is a bit outdated and 90’s. We ordered a deal for entry and dinner.. Firs we got something we didn’t order and then the food wasn’t very tasty. Both of us had salads and for a regular price of 13,95 € you would expect something more then lattuce and some
Steamed veggies. No taste or creativity at all. Really disappointing and expensive. Wouldn’t go there again, not very recomendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though facilities were nice, overall experience was not pleasant:
1) Once I made reservation online, it was not indicated how much I would have to pay extra when leaving SPA
2) Due to special circumstances, we had to leave SPA after 2 hours of our visit, and we could not have lunch. Very upsetting that we could not reimburse money for lunch which we could not attend. In the end we ended up paying € 83 for 2 hours without attending lunch which was a total rip off.
3) Staff was neither informative nor helpful. A women at the front desk did not say how much was to rent bathrobe and slippers once she was giving that to us. Furthermore, people at the front desk did not smile and communicated rudely. Customer service is poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nice complex, bit outdated and with a dangerous concrete threshold in the restaurant area (a guest did not see it and fell..) and slippery stones in the swimmingpoolarea. We had to wait a real long time (up to 30 min) before our order was taken, there is only one person that takes all orders and she did not scan the area... more guests were complaining about this ordering issue and it was not just once....Once ordered the order was served really quick and the taste was OK.
Happy to come back but hoping for improvements. Sven, Assen
