★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een feest om hier te eten. Spui76 hangt een concept aan met een dagmenu, waarbij je desgewenst gangen kunt vervangen door gerechten van een kleine kaart. Het was wel even puzzelen voor ons voordat we de gewenste vier gangen hadden gekozen. Gelukkig was het behulpzame en vriendelijke personeel scherp, ze schoten ons meteen te hulp. De gerechten die vervolgens op tafel kwamen waren stuk voor stuk heerlijk. De aandacht die hier aan de gerechten wordt besteed springt in het oog. De foto's spreken voor zich. De uitschieter voor ons was de gepekelde zalm, deze was boterzacht en smaakvol. Ook de kalfswang was heerlijk zacht met een sterke jus. De enige opmerkingen die je zou kunnen maken gaan over de truffel die in sommige gerechten werd gebruikt. Het is lastig om aan verse truffel te komen, de truffel schaafsels die we op de gerechten terugvonden waren dan ook wat droog en hadden niet echt smaak. Verder zat er bij het koffie garnituur watermeloen met een schuim van basilicum. De smaak van basilicum is tricky. In de vorm van een schuim gaf het ons associaties met shampoo, dat was wat vreemd. Maar een kniesoor die erop let, want alles in deze zaak was verder uitmuntend.
 What a treat to eat here. Spui76 adheres to a concept with a daily menu, where you can replace courses with dishes from a small menu if desired. It took some puzzling for us before we had chosen the desired four courses. Fortunately the helpful and friendly staff were sharp, they came to our aid right away. The dishes that came to the table were all delicious. The attention paid to the dishes here is striking. The photos speak for themselves. The highlight for us was the pickled salmon, it was buttery soft and tasty. The veal cheek was also wonderfully soft with a strong gravy. The only comments you could make are about the truffle used in some dishes. It is difficult to get fresh truffle, the truffle shavings that we found on the dishes were therefore a bit dry and had no real taste. Furthermore, the coffee garnish had watermelon with a foam of basil. The taste of basil is tricky. In the form of a foam, it gave us associations with shampoo, which was a bit strange. But a grouch who pays attention, because everything else in this case was excellent.
