A	Alexander D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Kirche ist echt schön, die Messen waren mit dem alten Pastor der Hammer, doch nun weniger, die Stimmung ist nicht mehr wie früher und nichts passt mehr, deswegen nur 3 Sterne. This church is really beautiful, the fairs were with the old pastor the hammer, but now less, the mood is not as it used to be and nothing fits more, so only 3 stars.
P	Peter Hionsek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ St. Dionysius Kirche in Nieukerk hat ihren Ursprung wohl so um 1218 denn da wurde sie als " nova ecclesia " ( neue Kirche ) schriftlich erwähnt. Ab 1421 gab es wohl schon eine kleine Kirche an diesen Ort, das ist wohl auch urkundlich so belegt. Durch Umbau, und Zerstörung hat die Kirche über die Jahrhunderte ihr Aussehen verändert. So um 1680 wurde der heute noch zu sehende Zwiebelturm aufgesetzt, und seit der Zeit hat diese Kirche wohl das Aussehen, in der Grundform beibehalten. Nieukerk heist wohl gleich, Neue Kirche Aldekerk dementsprechend gleich, Alte Kirche. Doch wenn meine Informationen richtig sind, besitzt Nieukerk, die ältere Kirche, und die Kirche in Aldekerk ist jüngeren Ursprung. Sei es drum, beide Orte haben schöne Kirchen. Am 02.01.2019 habe ich auf gutglück wie man das so schön dahersagt, an der Kirchentüre von St. Dionysius, eine offene Kirche vorgefunden. Ein freundlicher Herr, der in der Kirche die Aufsicht hatte, hat mir viel über diese Kirche berichtet. Es sind viele Seitenaltäre um den Hauptaltar gruppiert, zu sehen. In der Mitte der Kirche hängt ein großer schmiedeeiserner Leuchter, der freundliche ältere Herr, sagte mir, früher hätte es mehrere in dieser Kirche gegeben. Der Fußboden in der Kirche ist großflächig in schwarz und weißen Bodenfliesen ausgelegt. Auf einer Seite hat diese Kirche bunte verglaste Kirchenfenster die dem Betrachter etwas zu erzählen haben. Um den Altarraum, sind ebenfalls geschichtenerzählende Kirchenfenster zu sehen. Auf der Anderen Seite sind überwiegenf dezente farben in überwiegend heller Farbe zu sehen. Das sorgt dafür, das diese Kirche hell und dunkel zu gleicher Zeit ist. Durch das Sonnenlicht, das von Osten zum Westen hin wandert, kann man in dieser Kirche immer unterschiedliche lichtreflexionen in der Kirche beobachten. Innerhalb einer Stunde, konnte ich das schon ganz gut beobachten. Vor der Kirche, am Seiten Aus und Eingang ist draussen, im Boden ein schönes Mosaik eigelassen worden. Der freundliche Herr aus der Kirche, sagte mir. Das soll an den Weltjugent-Kirchentag 2005 in Köln erinnern. Ein Freund von ihm, hat es seinerzeit angefertigt. Und es spricht nichts dagegen, das man es mit Füßen tritt, doch aus Höflichkeit, geht man sicherlich um diese schöne Sehenswürdigkeit herrum, die das damalige Logo vom Kirchentag als Abbildung hat. Schön, das man sich als Künstler vor Ort, hier in Nieukerk, für seine Kirche einbringen, und eventuell für lange Zeit auch verewigen kann........ In the middle of the church hangs a big wrought iron candelabra, the friendly elderly gentleman, told me that there used to be several in this church. The floor in the church is largely laid out in black and white floor tiles. On one side, this church has colorful glazed stained glass windows that have something to tell the viewer. Around the sanctuary are also story-telling stained-glass windows. On the other side, predominantly subtle colors are seen in predominantly bright colors. This ensures that this church is bright and dark at the same time. Due to the sunlight that travels from east to west, you can always observe different light reflections in the church in this church. Within an hour, I could observe that quite well. In front of the church, outside the entrance and outside, a beautiful mosaic has been set up in the ground. The friendly gentleman from the church, told me. This is to commemorate the World Youth Kirchentag 2005 in Cologne. A friend of his, made it at that time. And there's nothing against it being trampled on, but out of politeness, one certainly goes for this beautiful one Place of Interest herrum, which has the logo of the Kirchentag at that time as picture. Nice, that you as an artist on site, here in Nieukerk, bring in for his church, and possibly for a long time to perpetuate ........
