D	Dominik F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute das 4. Mal innerhalb eines Jahres in der Filiale, um mein Kleingeld zum Automaten zu bringen. Der Automat ist das VIERTE Mal FOLGE außer Betrieb. Soweit ich weiß ist dieser Automat ein Service der Sparkasse, den Sie so gut wie nie bieten kann. Mittlerweile echt ärgerlich und einfach nur traurig!!! Today was the 4th time in a branch in a year to take my change to the machine. The machine is the FOURTH SEQUENCE out of order. As far as I know, this machine is a service of the Sparkasse that you can hardly ever offer. Meanwhile really annoying and just sad !!!

S	Susi Strolch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zinsen für Dispo viel zu hoch. Bankgebühren sau teuer. Ich habe gewechselt. Schlechter, vor allen teurer, geht es kaum. Nie wieder! Interest for overdraft facility far too high. Bank fees are expensive. I have changed. Worse, above all more expensive, is hardly possible. Never again!

Letzten Freitag hatte ich mit einer sehr netten,freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiterin zu tun. Es ging um online banking und sie erklärte mir die Vorgehensweise verständlich und geduldig, obwohl die Filiale recht voll war. Sie bat mich,nochmal vorbeizukommen, wenn ich auf Schwierigkeiten stoße. Gestern ging ich dann wieder in die Filiale,weil ich leider nicht zurecht kam. Leider war die nette Mitarbeiterin nicht vor Ort und eine andere Mitarbeiterun sagte mir,dass keiner Zeit für sowas hätte und ich einen Termin brauche,obwohl es sehr leer war. Das war für mich ein sehr unangenehmes Gespräch und ich ging mit dem Gefühl,dumm,alt und lästig zu sein. Sehr schade nach all den Jahren Zufriedenheit !!! It is probably a matter of luck to come across a nice employee. Last Friday I met a very nice, friendly and helpful employee. It was about online banking and she patiently and understandably explained the procedure to me, even though the branch was quite full. She asked me to come back if I ran into trouble. Then yesterday I went back to the branch because unfortunately I couldn't get by. Unfortunately, the nice employee was not on site and another employee told me that nobody had time for something like that and that I needed an appointment, even though it was very empty. That was a very uncomfortable conversation for me and I left feeling stupid, old and annoying. What a shame after all these years of satisfaction!
L	Lena Wichman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Frechheit, meine Eltern sind seid 40 Jahren Kunde in der Sparkasse... ich seid 25 Jahren...und wir dürfen nur in die Filiale wenn wir Genesen Geimpft oder Getestet sind....ist das euer Ernst. Da liegt mein Geld drin wofür ich Jahrelang tagtäglich arbeiten gehe...da liegt die Rente meiner Eltern wofür sie ihr Leben lang gearbeitet haben...sie arbeiten mit unserem Geld und sie gehen so mit einem um. Corona hin oder her so geht man mit seinen Kunden nicht um... A cheek, my parents have been customers of the savings bank for 40 years... I have been for 25 years... and we are only allowed to go to the branch if we have recovered, vaccinated or been tested.... are you serious. That's where my money is, for which I've been working every day for years...there's my parents' pension, which they've worked for all their lives...they work with our money and that's how they treat you. Corona or not, that's not how you deal with your customers...
