★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely dining experience. The roast hare was delicious as was the crab tartare. What we appreciated most was the recommended wine pairings for each portion of our meal. The wines were all superb. The service was very friendly and timed to the traditional French way of spacing meals. Some may find it slow but we appreciated not being rushed. A beautiful vase of fresh flowers adorned our table. We'd happily dine here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The presentation was marvelous. The service was astounding and incredibly polite. I have never experienced such customer service as these waiters have given me.
Most importantly was the food: the food was served hot and fresh. The taste was an culinary delight.
If you are looking for an unforgettable meal and experience, I would recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unexpectedly bad experience, unfortunately. I've never thought that french restaurant can be so unfriendly to children, they are just invisible guests for them: (1) there are no children's chair, (2) chef could not offer anything edible to 3 years old child, (3) waitress didn't allow us to breastfeed 4-months old in the restaurant and proposed a chair downstairs, next to the toilet rooms. The food itself absolutely mediocre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just arrived in Amsterdam when new lockdown rules came from the government. At first the hostess said it was too close to closing to seat us, but she went and asked the owner. They kindly accommodated us. Beautiful food, absolutely delicious. Luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. Very thoughtful service. Can’t imagine the trip without this first night’s dinner. Just perfect.
