★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to congratulate and thank Paul, the check-in manager for Stena Line ferries from Hoek Van Holland for his kind and patient help yesterday. I have a disabled dog and had lots of luggage and was going to struggle to board the ferry in time. But thanks to his help and patience we managed to just about avoid getting refused from boarding too late and had a lovely crossing to Harwich. By the way, Stena Lines can also be proud of Bianca, in charge on board the ferry, who was also very helpful in getting my dog settled into his kennel and showing me how it all works. What a lovely contrast to the stress of flying with your dog through airports! Well done Stena Lines and your great staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad way to get from Europe to the UK. It would be (and probably was) a LOT nicer without COVID, but they make it work.
Props to them for being VERY up to date with both English and Dutch restrictions.
8/10 would do again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great experience. Over day crossing. Had cabin that was spotless and comfortable. Club lounge was also comfortable. We'll worthwhile.
