★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De Afro Zumba is voor mij de manier om mijn conditie op peil te houden, omdat de docente ons iedere les laat dansen op een variatie aan leuke (Afrikaanse) soul, salsa, reggae en rap uit de jaren 60 t/m nu. In het begin was 't wennen, en leek het lastig. Maar na een paar lessen ging het steeds meer vanzelf; passen komen terug en worden afgewisseld met nieuwe. Afro Zumba is gebaseerd op Afrikaanse -en Zuid Amerikaanse dansen en een beetje hip-hop. Afwisselend relaxed en up-tempo.
 The Afro Zumba is the way for me to maintain my fitness level, because the teacher lets us dance every lesson to a variety of fun (African) soul, salsa, reggae and rap from the 60s to the present. In the beginning it took some getting used to, and it seemed difficult. But after a few lessons it became more and more natural; passes come back and are interspersed with new ones. Afro Zumba is based on African and South American dances and a bit of hip-hop. Alternately relaxed and up-tempo.
