★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't able to pay via a proper card machine so paid EUR 1,600 via bank transfer which made me feel a bit weird. A few later brought it to two different tailors to get the neck line done, both of their jaws dropped when I told them how much I paid. They couldn't believe how dirty the dress was, none of the inner layers was cut straight, flowers on the dress was not stitched on but glued (and at least 25% of the flowers were not glued anymore), make-up stains on the front, built-in corset broken, and zipper on the back was broken. (Including changing the neck line to sweetheart shape, total tailor costs ended up to be EUR 250)
Of course, it was my own fault to not to check very thoroughly at the shop before paying and expected to see someeee faults but not at this level.
Sent them a message via Instagram about this (a bit too late as wedding was just so close and I paid for it already anyway), they said "the tailor can call us if they have anything to say" so I told them that it's the tailor they refereed and they could call them directly if they wanted. No reply till now.
Design of the dress itself is great but the feeling that I paid probably hundresds of euros too much for this makes me feel like I got robbed BIG TIME.
