Heuvelrug Wonen is een woningcorporatie, actief op de Utrechtse Heuvelrug. In de Doornse, Driebergse en Leersumse samenleving beheren we ruim 3500 woningen, een kwart van het totale woningbestand in de gemeente Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Met 40 medewerkers en met onze maatschappelijke partners werken we aan een vitale en aantrekkelijke woonomgeving waarin het goed wonen is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg slecht en ontzettend slecht tegen over huurders schimmel in de badkamer word niks aan gedaan.... , zonnepanelen mag je huren prima maar als ze niet werken en wel voor betaald moet worden erg slecht hoor en als je belt ze doen het niet we gaan er achteraan bijna een maand verder en nog niks.... sorry maar bij zo verhuurder wil je niet huren.....
Very bad and very bad about tenants mold in the bathroom nothing is done ...., you can rent solar panels just fine but if they do not work and you have to pay very bad and if you call they do not we go almost a month behind it and nothing else .... sorry but you don't want to rent at a landlord like that .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al twee jaar overlast, maar de woningbouw interesseert het niet dat ik daarmee moet leven. Zelfs in coronatijd dat ik thuis moet werken vinden ze het heel normaal dat ik geen rust in mijn eigen woning kan hebben.
It has been a nuisance for two years, but it is not interesting to me that I have to live with that. Even in corona times when I have to work at home, they find it quite normal that I cannot have rest in my own home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze woningcorporatie heeft zélf een "integriteitscode" die ook door de overlegpartners onderschreven moet zijn. Echter de huurdersorganisatie, een officiele vereniging, de Huurders Belangen Vereniging Driebergen-Rijsenburg, schendt keer op keer de code en de woningstichting verbindt daar geen maatregelen aan. Schande! Zelfs één ster is al teveel.
This housing corporation itself has an "integrity code" which must also be endorsed by the consultative partners. However, the tenants 'organization, an official association, the Tenants' Interests Association Driebergen-Rijsenburg, repeatedly violates the code and the housing association does not take any measures.
