B	BNE Planning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als je met een boog om deze organisatie kan lopen dan moet je het doen. Dit bedrijf is echt niet normaal zo slecht. De medewerkers interesseert het niets, kunnen je niet helpen, komen niet met oplossingen (terwijl het probleem bij hen ligt), zijn maar tot 12 uur te bereiken, en hebben software dat stamt uit het jaar 0. Ga je toch met ze in zee (soms kan je niet anders), dan ben je in iedere geval gewaarschuwd If you can walk around this organization with a bow, then you should do it. This company really isn't normally that bad. The employees don't care, can't help you, don't come up with solutions (while the problem lies with them), can only be reached until 12 o'clock, and have software dating back to the year 0. If you do go into business with them (sometimes there is no other option), then you are in any case warned
M	Marion Hueting on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had een groot probleem gepost maar is inmiddels opgelost maar wel twee weken supergestresst gebeld geappt etc. De onkunde van de mensen die de apps en telefoontjes beantwoorden is ondermaats gewoon frustratie ten top. Als de Mitros hier iets aan zou doen zouden er veel problemen worden voorkomen en zullen de sterren omhoog kunnen. Posted a big problem but it has now been solved, but two weeks of super stressed phone calls, etc. The ignorance of the people who answer the apps and phone calls is just below average frustration at its peak. If the Mitros would do something about this, many problems would be prevented and the stars would be able to rise.

Als er een pakketje word bezorcgd moet het 3 km verderop op halen .omfat ik de deur niet kan opdoen. Vraag me af wat de huurders allemaal verwachten van Mitros en in hoeverre eigen verantwoordelijkheid/de mouwen opstropen van toepassing is. Het is ook mogelijk dat de locatie/staat van huurwoningen erg verschilt. In het Spinozaplantsoen is het bijvoorbeeld top voor elkaar; in schril contrast met Thomas a kempis aan de andere kant van de weg. @mitros veel succes de komende periode met alle uitdagingen op de woningmarkt I think that many a sociologist / researcher likes to talk to the people who write a review here. What an all or nothing story. I wonder what the tenants expect from Mitros and to what extent personal responsibility/rolling up their sleeves applies. It is also possible that the location/condition of rental properties is very different. In the Spinozaplantsoen, for example, it is top notch; in stark contrast to Thomas a Kempis on the other side of the road. @mitros good luck in the coming period with all the challenges in the housing market

Ze zien het probleem nooit en sturen jou steeds van het kastje naar de muur. Kortom: AFBLIJVEN van Mitros! Worst and saddest "housing" ever. Almost impossible to reach anyone by phone. They never see the problem and keep sending you from pillar to post. In short: STAY AWAY from Mitros!

Al 8 jaar hebben we steeds schimmel Vloer in de woonkamer , ze beloven van alles maar doen amper wat. Laat staan tegen de opgelopen schade en gezondheidsschade. Als jullie nu eens gewoon een SOCIALE woningbouw zijn , daar worden jullie voor betaald !!! Maar jullie zijn zeker te druk met woningen verkopen ! Medewerkers die zeer onbeschoft zijn Disgusting company that doesn't care about its tenants just cashing in money!!!! We have always had mold for 8 years Floor in the living room, they promise everything but hardly do anything. Let alone against the damage and health damage. Now if you are just a SOCIAL housing construction , that 's what you get paid for !!! But you are definitely too busy selling homes! Staff who are very rude

Mitros dankjewel voor jullie fijne service Treated very nicely and politely. I received a good explanation and information to my new home and if I have any questions I can call without any problems. Mitros thank you for your great service

It came from the new heat system (more spec. an issue with the"pressurised water") . The problem was hard to solve and several times the energy company/Mitroa came by to find a solution. In the end Mitros solved the problem and we can sleep at night without noise?
