On Friday 2 April 2021 round 11:30 waiting in the queue for 20 minutes just to get wrong sandwich because the employee didn't listen! Instead of making the right sandwich as I wanted instantly, she told me to wait in the queue again. Waiting for another 20 minutes? With no friendly service? No thank you!

Terrible experience, last time I visit a subway. Wed 23 Feb 2022 arrived with my daughter around 12:30 to 13:00; the lady receiving our order ignored my daughter until there was no one else around, we received the wrong order, and worst of all was that our order was thrown on the counter. Compared to the rest of the clients who were treated differently the only difference is that we spoke English. It was blatant discrimination. This establishment should not be in service.

23rd Feb 2022- I have never had an issue with this place before and have given them a 4 or 5 star rating but the manager of this place was unfriendly because I enquired why they put 4 measly slices of pepperoni on my sandwich after paying for extra meat. I have worked at a subway before and extra meat is always 5/6 slices depending on the meat. But instead of letting me talk, the manager constantly talked over me, accused that I did something to the sandwich (the employee opened it themselves to check) and said that I was simply "lucky" that every other place, including this one on every other occasion, gave me extra slices. I would have forgotten the issue if they had a friendly approach and tried to resolve the situation but all throughout, all they did was accuse me of this and that instead of calmly explaining their so called "standard" of only providing 4 slices of small pepperoni for extra meat and sending me on my way. I did not take the sandwich as I was disappointed at the manager's treatment and did not receive any refund or credit.
