β β β β β Quite rude service, just because I had a voucher lt doesn't mean you can be rude and laugh at me and also for me speaking english, not good at all ? and also to charge for guacamole, which never ever happened before, if you don't want serve people properly maybe you shouldn't be in the business

β β β β β I've been here 3 times and each time this place is packed with a line from where you choose your bread type to the cashier. This is a good thing for the business. They keep the line moving very quickly but the personal customer service lacks from the counter help. Because they are trying so hard to move your through the line, they act more like robots and forget they are talking to their valued customers. I did not feel welcomed by the first person I spoke with...she only said "Nexxxxxt".
On this most recent visit, the people taking the bread /sandwich type of order was mumbling (speaking with such a low tone) and I could not hear what she was saying or asking. The person putting on the veggies had the same problem. At another visit, they were in such a hurry that they mixed up the sandwiches in the line while putting them into the oven. Then, as the customer I felt they were being very unorganized simply because they were in such a hurry. Instead of taking only the sandwiches that are in one order and putting them into the oven, they are cramming as many as can they can... Then when they pull them out, they are many times mixed up compared to the people in line.
I love SubWay but I don't love this location. Too busy, not friendly and they get the orders mixed up. They survive because they are in a prime location and with many 1 time-only visitors from the train.

β β β β β One of the nicest subways I have been and I have been to quite a lot. The personal is also very friendly and after a couple of visits they remember your orders, which gives a very pleasant feeling.
Also if you have the subway app, you can get those delicious subs for 5 euros. And damn those cookies were made in heaven and have given me diabetes every time

β β β β β Incredibly unsanitary. A few flies were flying around the toppings section and landing on the breads themselves while they lay on the counter. The employees couldn't even be bothered to shoo them away. Aside from that, the employee that is grabbing the toppings with their hands use the same gloves to handle change from the cash register. I cannot enunciate how unsanitary that is. This will be the last time I order from this specific location, and I recommend that all of you do the same.
The employees were also quite slow with placing the toppings, but that is acceptable in my opinion and not worth a bad review over. However, the sanitary aspect of things is quite unacceptable.

β β β β β The gluten-free bread was out of stock for the third time in a row, so I took a wholegrain sandwich and prayed for my guts to not kill me. There was a very long waiting line, but the employees didn't seem to be bothered by it and continued doing their job - that they obviously hated doing - in a tempo that was too slow for words. The employee wore gloves, but with the same gloves the meat, the veggies, the utensils AND the cash register were touched. The reason I rate this place two stars is because they have vegan options! I won't elaborate on the quality, not worth it.
