โ โ โ โ โ I and bf purchased Van Gogh museum and canal tour combo thru Klook and this office was pickup place. When I got there the guy who works there told us there is no ticket availavle on the time we arranged because we didnt pick it up a day early-which wasnt described on the Klook. Anyway he helped us buy canal tour ticket and gave us their cs contact and told us to ask refund from Klook. Thanks for his help we managed to get refund at last. I don't remembet his name but apprrciate a lot!

โ โ โ โ โ I enjoyed the tour. However, your affiliation with Costers Diamond museum was a concern. Your guide stated "I'm going to see the diamond museum, I'm happy for you to join me". Now your guide must say that every time they are on the tour. As an attraction it is not what you would expect and if stopping at any museum then your National museum would be the ideal choice for most tourists. You should not take advantage of the fact that tourists may trust the guide and follow them, which is what most did. The diamond museum is a con designed to sell products. I understand you have an affiliation with the diamond museum since you have a shop right next door that leads on from the diamond museum. Legally I think your guides should explain the affiliation prior to stating "I'm going to see the diamond museum, I'm happy for you all to join me". If you must include the diamond museum in your tour perhaps you could give less time at the diamond museum and give extra time for tourists to go to your National museum, which is more appropriate for tourists.

โ โ โ โ โ The bus driver Ron and the guide Josey were fantastic but the tour was less of content. Most of the tour was in the bus . For 89โฌ ( person ) we expected much more. My suggest ... if you are young rent a car and do it yourself .... youll enjoy much more unless you like bus tour and shopping centers.

โ โ โ โ โ I did the Holland tour. It was fantastic. We started on time, the tour guide, Pieter, was simply the best. He knew his stuff, he was professional, he was funny, and he knew how to connect with people. I would do another tour with this company and, with Pieter, in a minute. Do yourself a favor and take a trip with this company. They will not disappoint! I also did the Hop on Hop Off 24 hour excursion. Also...an excellent activity!
