I rented a car for 45 days from SuperShortlease
First, the customer experience was absolutely awesome. From the time I made a query to finally returning the car, everything went very smoothly. I was dealing with a person named S*a*** for the entire process and the customer experience was superb. They answered all my queries patiently and quickly. The invoice process was smooth and the refund after return was processed immediately.
Picking up and returning the car at the location was well organized, with minimal waiting time.
The car drove well, without any issues and was in good condition.
