★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made an appointment for advice, however, nobody seems cares about that (no confirmation and everyone seems really busy). All the way through the discussion, it is only us that speak the requirement, no professional advice from the sales man.
Actually I would not rate it a 2 star, until I have visited their outlet shop in AMS Noord... THE SERVICE REALLY DIFFERS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've just renovated my entire house, I dealt with so many companies and Swiss Sense is absolutely the best one! Everything was perfect, the guy that helped us in the shop was polite and he really helped us to choose the right bed for us, instead of just trying to sell us more and more. The bed is super comfortable, the only bad thing about it is that I don't wanna wake up in the mornings anymore :D They delivered it in time and when I had to call Customer Service to agree on the delivery day the agents were super friendly and polite. I will probably come back to buy my new bed in 15 years ;)

btw. we bought an expensive spring box bed: its a complete game changer-much better sleep and rest quality. definitely worth the investment.
