C	C V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to have lunch here with two persons, drinks were ordered and came very fast. Immediately gave our order for lunch (from a very simple/limited menu) and had to wait over an hour for our food. The girls serving on the terrace worked very hard, however could not make up for the long wait. Four other tables were observed having to wait a ridiculous amount of time for their food, and a table of six next to us got the wrong items after waiting too long (and were being offered a free round of drinks). The answer given by the male waiter "Everyone is waiting for their food" was very ignorant and indifferent. We left and so did two other groups. Clearly they were not prepared for a busy terrace, but why even offer a lunch menu if you cannot serve even basic food items within a decent amount of time? In short; If there is a table free at one of the other terraces on the OLV-square, go there and skip this place if you want FOOD!
M	Martin Kool on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We sat outside for lunch where the heaters did a good job of keeping us warm and the restaurant had provided blankets. The staff didn't immediately notice we were there, but after giving them a heads up service was smooth. We had the hamburger and the steak with fries. Both excellently prepared. The hamburger was topped with olives and roasted bellpepper and the steak was quality meat. Nice place, simple and friendly. We would definitely come back.
M	Michael Walker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The prices were over-the-top expensive and not very transparent (we had a Gin Tonic, but the price of the Tonic was exclusive which was written in small letters). The staff was smiling, but behind that facade they were very unfriendly. 10 minutes before the closure we were told to finish up, from that moment every felt 30 seconds somebody came and picked up another thing (even the decorative flower). On the second of 20:00, somebody came and told us we really have to leave now, suggesting to leave half of the drink (one costing more than 13 Euros) and after we mentioned it, he told us "yeah, that's your own risk". We finished immediately, only to see that the whole staff sat down at a table (not respecting the distance rules) and having a beer themselves. After my partner told them "it's 20 pm, hm?", we got a really stupid laugh by the majority of that group. Surely, we'll never come again.

BUT: the service is the worst I have ever experienced in a restaurant. They make mistakes, don't apologize for them, try to pin them on the customers, etc. The waiters are not competent, but the owners are arrogant as well. This is sad, because the location of the restaurant is nice. Will never go there again.
