★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great location with a very friendly staff and fun bar. My only complaint is it's warm year-round, no matter what the outside temperature is. I stayed here once for three days when it was about 15 degrees outside. I turned off the heat and opened the window the small amount it was allowed, and after three days it was still 23-25 degrees in the room. All-in-all a great stay every time I'm here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sat for 15 mins at a dirty table with no more than 5 tables occupied. The terrace service was too busy making idle chat to serve customers. Better off sitting at VanBuuren if you care about service. The coffee (espresso) is also extremely average and not made to standard. They are too reliant on their location and seemingly don't care about their customers. (I wrote this entire thing without anyone being outside to wait on the terrace.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a wonderful hotel! The staff are amazing. They pay so much attention to detail. The rooms are nice and each one is unique! The location is perfect in the heart of Maastricht. It is close to shops, restaurants and historic sites.
