There is no store manager present at the location and one of the staff tall dutch guy just dis not want to tell me when the manager is available and they are not ready to listen to any problem or come to a solution. Only solution is to call the customer service. Which i had done before visiting the store. This is regarding the invoice I recieved an invoice from 2 year ago while i have paid everything and changed my telephone from company to personal nr. Now i have to pay the amount of €40 and a fine totaling up to 98€. Of which i never got an invoive in my email or my house address. I am very dissapointed with the situation and service of t-mobile. The staff even said i have to keep all the recipe of the invoice for ever when i made a payment. This is just absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very positive experience, especially with Mikail to help open the account - Mikail was very patient, and very thorough in explaining the different options, including the home internet options. He even offered a cup of coffee, and was very professional and thorough with the services.
After I received an email from T-mobile of a rejection, I had to go back on Sunday, and Cehavir was also very helpful and professional in explaining the situation.
I very much recommend the shop, and the friendly staff.
So far, quite happy that I switched over from Lycamobile - though T-mobile is more expensive and more restrictive (less countries I can call), I am happy I made the switch.
Importance of access to good customer service cannot be over-stated.
