As an expat living in Amsterdam, I knew that the complications in order to start a mobile plan are more complicated than when you're Dutch, but the staff should at least know what is required of you and what's not.
Ultimately, I decided to go with T-Mobile after all, but I would never visit the specific shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. The shop promised return 25 euros in the second month after I register in the T-mobile(I am prepaid to postpaid, so they shouldn't charge me the activation fee). Now it is second month, I didn't get any thing. I would never visit the specific shop again. Such a liar! :(
