★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s a machine in front of the store where you can basically get a number for waiting. Machine didn’t work, I told one of the employees (he wasn’t doing anything atm). He just nodded, didn’t propose to help me.
When I asked him some questions he didn’t seem interested at all.
Luckily, he still did answer my questions though. Store itself is small but clean and looks nice.

One month ago I bought a new phone at this tmobile shop. Without letting me know they added some kind of insurance which I never requested. I just figured out when they charged me 9.9 euros on my bank account (and we are talking of a low range phone of 300eur). As i didn't knew the origin of this I rejected the payment immediately and started digging in, I figured out the employees are adding insurances when selling phones WITHOUT your consent. In my case was a company called CHUBB (which belongs to tmobile, but you cannot cancel it from tmobile). 3 days later after buying the phone I contacted this company and they confirmed my unsubscription.
Now 40 days later i get a letter from a third party from a company based in Rotterdam called DAS requesting me 46 euros (yes. they are charging me a 460% interest for 30 days) for not paying an insurance of a low range cellphone which was fraudulent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got scammed with this self install equipment! Beware of this company for your home services!!!
After waiting for more than 3 weeks to get the installation, I was finally supposed to have my home service (internet and two tv boxes) setup this morning between 8-11am. Was at home the whole time. Technician claims he came and rang the bell but he never did. When we called the company T-Mobile contracted with they gave us multiple different stories. 1. He came at 8:06 am rang the bell got no answer and left. 2. He came at 8:40 am rang the bell and got no answer so left. 3. He came at 9:06 am rang the bell got no answer and left. Which one was it? (It was none of them) Yesterday, the technician called and asked to reschedule our appointment to another day because he was too busy to come by. We said no, we have taken off of work to be here for the appointment time so you must come for the scheduled time. The technician claims he took pictures of the building when he stopped by to prove he was there but the company will not provide those to us and will not confirm the time stamp on the photos. He also admitted that the street was very busy with cars parked all around (we live on a quiet road.) I think he may have driven by, couldn’t find parking, took a picture of the building, then left and said he tried to be buzzed in but we didn’t answer.
I called T-Mobile to complain multiple times and spent multiple hours being transferred to over 10 different people and had to explain what happed each time! One T-Mobile employee even admitted that they often have issues with this company not showing up for scheduled installations. So why T-Mobile NL are you contracting with this company to do your installations?
Now I have received an email from T-Mobile saying I have to start paying for the service (which they are not providing) starting today as well as paying for an install which never happened and was supposed to be free.
Because of all the hassle and waiting for this appointment and me no longer trusting T-Mobile to do what they say I requested to cancel my home service which has never been installed. Their answer is that they can cancel but I will have to pay for 1 year of service!!!
T-mobile is all of this hassle I’m getting from you because I’m not Dutch and only speak English so you think it’s easier to take advantage of me?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some time ago came to the shop in an extreme situation and needed urgent help. The shop was pretty busy, but the workers clearly do their absolute best to assist you! Today had to come again for other issue, and again, was helped fast, efficiently and politely! Every visit employees produced a great impression, also had contact with customer service on the telephone a couple of times, specialists speak english as well, and are truly friendly!
and I would like to especially thank Henriette for her understanding and professionalism! It is always a great pleasure to observe people being good at what they are doing, and liking it as well! Thanx!
