★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy a box of cigars and shop keeper started with abusive language. He is the worst kind I have also lodged a complaint in right place for action on his racist demeanor.
This is my experience in with The shopkeeper but shop has good collection of cigars for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For over 2 years I've been coming to this store, because I'm trying to support smaller businesses. But, this mans' behaviour is totally unpredictable and I will not be returning. Today, again, he was rude and arrogant. Whether I was speaking DUTCH OR ENGLISH he would not help me unless I TOOK MY MASK OFF. He kept telling me to take it off so he could 'hear'. He was not even trying to listen to me. He kept talking over me. It's just a box of cigarettes, it's not complicated. It was three words (brand, colour, size). Pretty standard. No need to get upset because you can't understand me or force me to take my mask off?
Also, he leaves rude replies for people who have given a negative review, without trying to solve the problem, so I expect nothing less.
