β β β β β Very helpful. I was waiting for an urgent call but my usb-port broke. I rushed to Arslan for help and they were wonderful. Their repair technician worked on it directly and non-stop for the better part of an hour and had me pay 35 euros for installing an entirely new port. I don't know if that's the best price, but I know that for an hour of labour and a new part it was a fair price to me.
While I was waiting the store clerk was friendly and really knowledgable about the estimates on the repairs of a friend's phone. He had a big mouth but it seems to be a bit of an act and I was more entertained than offended.
When I came back home and opened my phone I was delighted. It was hardly visible that anyone had been in there.

β β β β β I wish I could put zero stars. I broke my screen, repaired it there and one week after my screen started to be black without any reason. I went there again and they changed nothing. They said there is 3months guaranty but it's a lie they will not repair it. When I asked about the reason why it wasn't working anymore, "it's damage" was the only response. Very not professional people. They are rude and when I tried to have more informations they just stopped responding. DON'T GO THERE. It's a scam.

β β β β β I am an engineer, so this people took wrong target to scam on.
First of all. People Peking there have nothing to do with repair technician, donβt know basic problems and how to diagnose you.
They try to charge you for everything.
They even try to argue that your phone βitβs not this expensive one that Iβm talking aboutβ
They donβt even know what is the difference between used and refurbished phone.
I have saved 350 euro, just by crossing street to the Telecom Store.
Hope they will bankrupt asap

β β β β β Had my Samsung Galaxyβs screen repaired here, now sticker glue comes out of the back cover, GPS and finger print scanner are not working anymore. I went back and pollitely asked to look at it. They denied the issue and told me that if i donβt like the repair i should buy a new phone. Afterwards i found out that offical Samsung repair would have cost only 10 Euro more. Donβt go here.
