★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably slow film development, if you use film or analogue cameras, go to a different store (the one near Wilhelmina park) over two weeks just to develop and print film is so slow, will not come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never buy something from there again. After traveling 50 km to the store to buy a couple of small things and needed advice on these things. The shop clerk didn't want to help me after about 10 minutes because I didn't spend enough money (I think). Eventhough I bought stuff for 100 euro. It seems they only want the big money. Eventhough the shop was void of customers. He told me a dutch saying. This is becoming a prayer without an end. (eventhough it's good, I don't want it to last for ever) Nice to know because now I will spend the bigmoney somewhere else. My dutch saying to them is: Wie het kleine niet eert is het grote niet weerd! (who doesn't appreciate the small things is not worth the bigger things. Now I've spend around 5000 euro's but not at their place. Better options are Cameratools and Cameranu. Even every other camerashop is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware when ordering from this website as most of their products are already OPENED. The seal is usually BROKEN so if you want to make a gift to someone, just don't chose this shop. I had this problem with a Spark drone and after getting the wrong information from the customer service, I went to Utrecht to change it but they did not have the color I wanted anymore. In the end I chose a drone that was white but not opened. You can buy unopened products just in the shop. This is confusing and not stated on their website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need professional film development, I recommend you don't take the risk, especially if you don't speak dutch. I have use the service twice and in the second time they did not understood my request to process a film that was pulled, something pretty basic for a professional photography service in my opinion. On top of that, they simply forgot to scan the negative as it was requested, so I had to spend more money to find out that I lost the photos. The photos were from a special occasion, so it's a incalculable loss. For professional photographers worlking with film I suggest to look for other place, even if it is a little more expensive.

I received the wrong item (an adapter) in stead of the bounce reflector. A totally different product.
So I called customer service which took about 15 minutes. Then getting a women on the phone who says she will send a mail to another department....
Eerm? Just send me the right product because you send me the wrong one???
And now 4 days later...., nothing. I have not heard anything.....
I needed some other products and fortunately I could order them at another company.
