★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durch einen Fehler eines Mitarbeiters vor Ort hatte ich nur Kosten und stundenlange Telefonate mit Hotlines. Das Ende vom Lied ist, dass wegen des Fehlers nichts passiert ist, weswegen ich den Shop aufgesucht habe. Fahrtzeit, Parkkosten und stundenlanges Telefonieren mit Hotlines wegen eines Fehlers, der wie ich viele Tage später erfahren habe, nicht mehr ausgebügelt werden kann. Ich muss also den Vertrag wieder von vorne beauftragen....Ursprünglich wollte ich es erst online abschließen, aber dachte mir, dass sich die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sicherlich besser auskennen und einem schneller geholfen wird, wenn man es im Shop regelt. Die heutige falsche Aussge, dass er(der Mitarbeiter im Shop) nichts mehr einsehen könne, wenn ein Hotlinemitarbeiter, zusätzlich die Finger im Spiel hätte, setzt dem Ganzen die Krone auf. Wie sagte der Hotlinemitarbeiter? "Die Jungens im Shop haben vielleicht Ahnung von Tarifen, dann hört es aber auch auf"....Ja, scheinbar.... Danke für Nichts. Wertvolle Zeit vergeudet und stehe nur wegen eigener Recherche wieder am Anfang. Hätte sonst vergeblich gewartet, dass mein Vertrag freigeschaltet wird....Unglaublich....
Due to an error of an employee on the spot I had only costs and hours of phone calls to hotlines. The upshot is that because of the fault nothing happened, I why the shop had visited. Travel time, parking costs and hours of calls with hotlines due to an error, which as I have experienced many days later, can not be ironed out. so I must sign the contract over again entrust .... Originally, I wanted to finish it only online, but thought to myself, is that the on-site staff certainly know better and will be helped faster if to fix it in the shop. Today's false Aussge that he (the employee in the shop) nothing can see when a Hotline staff also had a hand in, the whole relies on the crown. As said the hotline staff? "The boys in the shop may have idea about rates, but then it ends" .... Yes, apparently .... Thanks for nothing. Wasted valuable time and stand only because of own research back at the beginning. Would otherwise have been waiting in vain that my contract will be activated .... Incredible ....

the customer service is so unprofessional, don't know what they are doing, don't care for their customers even the chief of the branch.
all that they care about is your signature and your money, but if you have a problem they are USELESS.
for the last 4 months, I am trying to get my money back because of their faults and till now I became nothing, and always the same excuse "System fehler"
Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, inkompetent sogar der Chef selbst ist nicht hilfsbereit
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und Ich würde niemals mehr in diesen Laden gehen und empfehle es auch keinem anderen.
