C	Chico Bolente on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliches Team. Kompetenter Ablauf. Abstrich im vorderen Nasenbereich. Angenehm, manchmal kitzelig. Ich buche immer einen Termin, fahre hin und in wenigen Minuten bin ich auch schon wieder weg. Ergebnis nach 15 min bequem per Email. Aber ich denke auch ohne Termin hat man keine langen Wartezeiten. So zumindestens mein Eindruck. Kann ich bedenkenlos empfehlen! Very friendly team. Competent process. Smear in the front of the nose. Pleasant, sometimes ticklish. I always book an appointment, drive there and in a few minutes I'll be gone again. Result after 15 minutes conveniently by email. But I think you don't have to wait long even without an appointment. At least that's my impression. I can recommend without hesitation!

Sind auch immer sehr höflich obwohl ich selbst auch schon miterlebt habe wie sie dort angeschrien und beleidigt wurden. Immer wieder gerne ! Really a very qualified team! Are constantly under high pressure and always try to get everything on the chain on time. They're always very polite, although I've seen them yelled at and insulted myself. Always my pleasure !

Personal war sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und kompetent! :) Very enjoyable visit. I came without an appointment and still got my result within 15 minutes. Staff was very friendly, reliable and competent! :)

Terminvereinbarung und Test laufen nach wie vor sehr gut. Allerdings wurden jetzt schon wiederholt die Testergebnisse nicht per Email geschickt und wenn doch, dann fehlt der entsprechende QR-Code, um das Ergebnis in die Corona-Warn App einzustellen. Nach persönlichem Anruf, wurde das Testergebnis von den sehr bemühten Mitarbeitern dann irgendwie per Email geschickt. Ein überarbeiten der Software wäre hilfreich After initial problem-free registration, testing and receiving results by email, this service has unfortunately not worked for some time. Scheduling appointments and testing are still going very well. However, the test results have repeatedly not been sent by email and if they are, then the corresponding QR code is missing to enter the result in the Corona-Warn app. After a personal call, the test result was somehow sent by email by the very hard-working employees. A revision of the software would be helpful

Mit der Behauptung wir sind ein privates Unternehmen, PCR Test kostet 80 Euro. Absolut indiskutabel!!!! How can a person who works in a retirement home be tested positive for corona using a certified rapid test. With the claim that we are a private company, the PCR test costs 80 euros. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!

Bin mit drei positiven Selbsttests und Symptomen zweimal an einem Tag dorthin....... zweimal waren die Schnelltests negativ........ wenn ich nicht auf einen PCR Test bestanden hätte der natürlich positiv ausfiel(musste ich natürlich bezahlen) würde ich immer noch mit dem Virus durch die Gegend laufen. Das darf nicht passieren und zeugt von nicht fachgerecht durchgeführten Schnelltests!!!!!!Auf meine Email wurde nicht mal reagiert In my opinion poorly trained staff even if they were all nice. Went there twice in one day with three positive self-tests and symptoms...... twice the rapid tests were negative........ if I hadn't insisted on a PCR test, which of course turned out positive (I had to pay, of course ) I would still be walking around with the virus. This must not happen and is evidence of improperly performed quick tests!!!!!!There was no response to my email
h	hannah Xx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nettes Team. Es lief alles problemlos ab. Meistens keine lange Warteschlange. Und wenn es dann mal vorkommt wird immer schnell und effizient gearbeitet. Meiner Meinung nach das beste Testzentrum in Krefeld! Super nice team. Everything went smoothly. Usually not a long queue. And when it happens, work is always done quickly and efficiently. In my opinion the best test center in Krefeld!
