In short, I cannot be more enthusiastic about Thai food. What an absolute feast for my taste buds! Keep it up and see you every week!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the perfect place for authentic Thai food. The curries and other favorite Thai dishes are traditionally prepared, very fresh, and served with a lot of vegetables. I was happy to find Thai eggplant in my green curry! The prices are good and take away includes a free drink and free crispy Thai crackers. Perhaps most importantly: the owners of Mongkol Thai Food are extremely kind and every time I return to the shop it's a small trip back to Thailand. I'm therefore very happy that this place was reopened by the new owners and would highly recommend everyone to enjoy some delicious Thai food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the first time my husband and I went to eat here, we have been coming back at least once a week! The food is amazing, –it's a legit as you can get outside of Thailand. A very nice option when I am missing some Southeast Asian flavors. Also have to mention the service is great and the owners are very kind people. Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thaiyo Thai resraurant formally( Mongkol Thai Restaurant). We order Chicken Fried Rice and Fish cake tonight. It was very authentic and fresh. The owner was very friendly. I am recommend this family own shop.

The food is salty and niet zo lekker.
The dishes are coming in a normal size. I did not enjoy the meal:(
I hope it will get better in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Became a regular customer after I tried it the first time. So far this is the only place I know in Amsterdam that has authentic thai food. The chef and the staff are very nice people offering a good service. Food is amazing with plenty of options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Thai dishes! We had to wait longer (pick up) than we were informed and were getting quite hangry due the late hour, but this Thai kitchen is worth it!! We ordered green curry with Tahoe, red curry with fish and Massaman chicken - none of the dishes disappointed us one bit. The red curry fish was outstanding. Very friendly owner and staff.. we just had to go back and apologize and applaud.
