★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely charming bookshop/cafe where you can peruse the shelfs, and sit and read/write/chat/soak up the atmosphere with a delicious cup of coffee (and a sweet treat, with plenty of vegan options) at hand! Reminiscent of Shakespeare & Co. in Paris, this is a great spot for any afternoon in The Hague!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a lovely work spot! This cafe/bookstore is filled with students and remote-workers. The staff is friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is quiet, cozy, and charming. There are also so many places to sit and work depending on your preferences. You can sit outside in front of the cafe and people watch. You can sit outside in the back in a sweet little garden (you can even work inside a little green house!). There are four sections inside with different kinds of seating and different kinds of tables. There are also several places with power outlets to plug in. They offer an assortment of pastries and homemade croissants as well as teas, coffees, and fresh squeezed orange juice.
Very remote-work friendly. Highly recommend ??
